Product Description

TH Slurry Pumps are the most comprehensive range of centrifugal pumps for mining, minerals processing, coal preparation, dredging, metallurgy, power plant, chemical, and general industry applications. Design Features

  • Bearing assembly: A large diameter shaft with a short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge-type housing in the frame.
  • Casing: Casing halves of cast or ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and an extra measure of safety.

  • Impeller: Front and rear shrouds have pump-out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal and molded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable.
  • Liners: Easily replaceable liners are bolted, and not glued to the casing for positive attachment and east of maintenance. Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure-molded elastomer.
  • Shaft seal: Packing seal, Centrifugal seal, Mechanical seal.

  • Throat bush wear is reduced and maintenance is simplified by the use of tapered mating faces to allow positive accurate alignment during assembly and simple removal.

Shaft Seal Arrangement

A Packing Seal is a general shaft seal. It applies to various pumping conditions, PTFE and Graphite materials of Packing can be used in high corrosive slurries or high-temperature conditions. Using ceramic shaft sleeve, for high abrasion conditions, the ceramic shaft sleeve is available.

The Expeller Seal is an impeller force of reversed centrifugal force that prevents slurry leakage. An expeller seal can be used on the single-stage pump when the positive pressure of the pump inlet is no more than 10% of the pump outlet pressure or on the first-stage pump in the pump series.

Mechanical Seal is an advanced sealing technique without sealing leakage. The advantages are integrating construction, convenient installation & replacement. Shaft Seal Arangement

Shaft Seal Arrangement
