These nonlinear loads generate many harmonic currents and inject them into the power grid, causing voltage distortion in the power grid, this "harmonic pollution" will bring more and more impacts and hazards to the power grid and users.

The use of active power filters (APF) to control harmonic pollution is currently the most advanced and effective method. APF active power filters can effectively filter out harmonic content in various situations, ensuring the safe operation of the power grid and electrical equipment.

Electrical Principle

The APF active power filter adopts advanced active control dynamic harmonic injection (OCDI) technology, which obtains the load harmonic current signal by detecting the current waveform in the load circuit. 


After analysis and operation by the digital signal processor DSP, it outputs a series of broadband pulse modulation signals (PWM), drives the IGBT power module to generate current with opposite phase and equal amplitude to the harmonic current, and injects it into the system by connecting the reactor. Two opposite harmonic currents cancel each other out, achieving the goal of filtering out harmonics and purifying electrical energy.

Product Structure

The frequency conversion cabinet adopts a closed cabinet structure, the protection level is generally IP20, IP21, IP30, etc. Adopting a profile skeleton, coated with spray paint on the surface, and easy to install in parallel cabinets, the upper end can be equipped with a busbar, and the frequency converter panel can be directly operated from outside the cabinet. Local and remote control or PC 1 PLC communication control can be set as needed, with various intuitive display functions.

The frequency converter control cabinet can be widely used in various medium voltage motor equipment such as pumps, fans, compressors, rolling mills, injection molding machines, belt conveyors, etc. in the metallurgical, chemical, petroleum, water supply, mining, building materials, and motor industries. The product meets the requirements of national standards: GB 17467 "High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation" and IEC 1330. It is a complete set of movable transformer and distribution equipment composed of high-voltage switchgear, transformer, low-voltage distribution cabinet, and casing, which is pre-assembled by the factory. 

It has many advantages: it is complete, small, and has a compact structure. It can reach deep into the load center, improve power supply quality, reduce line losses, shorten the power transmission cycle, be placed in various locations, adapt to different environments, install easily, operate safely and reliably, requires low investment, takes effect quickly, and does not need dedicated personnel to operate. JHMC intensive busbar is fully absorbed with advanced British technology. A new type of busbar product with excellent performance, safety, reliability, and beautiful appearance has been carefully developed based on the domestic electricity environment. This product complies with GB7251 and IEC61439 standards, with a rated working voltage of 1000V, a rated current of 400-6300A, and a tapping current of 16-1250A in the plug-in box.  


The highest protection level is IP66, and it is suitable for various power supply systems such as three-phase three-wire systems, three-phase four-wire systems, and three-phase five-wire systems. Insulation Material

The conductor is covered with DuPont polyester film as a whole, with each phase wrapped in double layers and up to six layers between phases, ensuring the reliability of insulation. Insulation grade B, heat-resistant to 130℃, single-layer withstand voltage of 10000V or above, is a professional electrical insulation material recommended by the International IEC Association. It has no toxicity and does not produce any halides at high temperatures. 

 

Tap Unit - safe and reliable

1. The pins adopt a more stable T-shaped structure, supplemented by highly elastic manganese steel sheets, which can be repeatedly inserted and removed more than 200 times without deformation.

JHKC air-type busbar is a large-span and high-capacity air-type busbar duct designed for heavy-duty industrial buildings.
